Shipping & Returns



NonRural: $5.95 per order or FREE SHIPPING for all orders over $60.00.
Rural: $9.95 per order or FREE SHIPPING for all orders over $60.00.
(After any applicable discounts are applied).

Target Delivery

We ship using CourierPost. We ship all orders where payments have been cleared by 12pm on that same day (except weekends and public holidays). Normally your order is delivered overnight, however it might take longer to the South Island and Rural Addresses.

Tracking Numbers

After we ship your order, we'll email you a notification including your tracking number. Sometimes CourierPost doesn't update their tracking pages, i.e A package might actually be dispatched when is shows as otherwise. If the status shows "delivered" and you haven't received your order, please contact us immediately and we'll contact the courier and endevour to find out whats happened.

Your Address

The address you enter is checked against the NZCouriers database. If your address is accepted then it has been found in their system and can definately be delivered to you. can not be held liable in any way if you provide an incorrect postal address. Please provide "delivery instructions" if you would like to put your package at a specific place (i.e. By the back door or some other safe place) or if your front door is hard to find for a Courier driver, or if you have a dog.

Returns & Exchanges

We love to keep our customers happy, so please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any concerns or problems. For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to offer refunds/returns or exchanges, unless a product is defective or incorrectly received. We regret that we are unable to cover return shipping or refund original shipping unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged/Defective items

If your product arrived either damaged or defective, please contact us right away (within 7 days) with some photos of the damage/defective product. Please keep all original packaging.

Incorrect items

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us right away (within 7 days) with some photos of the incorrect product. Please do not open or use it and keep all original packaging, we can not process returns/exchange on opened/used items.

Change your mind?

We cannot offer refunds or exchanges on purchases due to "change of mind" for hygiene and safety reasons. Please choose your products and shades carefully. Please note that we have made an effort to correctly describe the actual products' color. However the colors shown may vary depending on your device and/or color settings.
