Placing an item in your cart does not mean another customer cannot purchase it. Stock is only physically put aside for you once the transaction has been confirmed by pressing the confirm purchase button. If two people have the last remaining item in their cart, the person who presses 'Confirm' first at checkout will be sold the item. The other person will be taken back to the 'My Bag' with information about which item has problems.

Colors

We have made every effort to duplicate the real colors of our products presented in the images we use. We compare our images with the real product and only use images that we deam as close a match to the real product as we can. However, the actual colors shown will vary depending on your monitor and we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

Typographical Errors

In the event that a BeautyAxe.co.nz product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, BeautyAxe.co.nz reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. BeautyAxe.co.nz reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, BeautyAxe.co.nz shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Shipping Notice

BeautyAxe.co.nz is not responsible for any packages and its content against damage or loss during transit to the buyer once tracking shows it has been dispatched from BeautyAxe.co.nz facility AND the buyer agreed to assume all responsibility of the dispatched package. If dispatched package fails to reach buyer under any circumstance, the buyer agrees to take full financial responsibility.

Acceptance of Orders

Product orders are available to be shipped within New Zealand only. Your order will be deemed to be accepted only if and when we send a confirmation of the terms of your order to your email address and will be subject to these Terms of Purchase and the additional terms and conditions included in your order. We may limit quantities available for sale or sold, and we reserve the right at any time to reject or correct any order for any reason whatsoever. Unless otherwise indicated, all prices and other amounts are in New Zealand dollars.

The entire BeautyAxe.co.nz site is served via a secure SSL connection. We do not store any of your credit card details on site in any form including, but not limited to, database or files. All credit card transaction processing is handled by a secure PCI compliant third party. All Transactions are billed in NZ dollars.
