IPSA The Time Reset Aqua This medical toner keeps hydrating and feels like wearing 'water'. It induces a 'water' layer which holds hydrating ingredients on the surface of the skin and also conditions the skin. 'Water" is IPSA's image representation meaning hydration. IPSA's original hydrating ingredient "Aqua presenter III" makes an artificial 'water' layer on the surface of the skin and it prevents drying by supplying hydration depending on the condition. These effects make the skin well balanced and the active ingredients work to prevent outbreaks of acne.
